At Colonial Parking we have developed a
service approach to parking management that
satisfies the needs of our parking patrons as
well as the objectives of our property owners.
Since Colonial was established in 1956, by
Richard G. Hatfield, we have worked hard to
earn our reputation of integrity, expertise
and leadership in the parking industry.
Colonial Parking is headquartered in
Wilmington, Delaware, and managing facilities
in Wilmington, DE; Delaware County, PA; and
under the name Landmark Parking, Inc. in
Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC. A company
officer is in each city which we operate in
order to maintain a local presence and to be
able to quickly respond to any situation.

enough to offer individual attention to each
location," said Jed Hatfield, second
generation President of Colonial Parking.
Regionally Colonial employs over 285 people
who serve in excess 45,000 parking patrons
daily. While Colonial Parking is pleased to
manage over 100 parking facilities ranging in
size from 20 spaces to campuses of over 3000
spaces, Colonial considers each location of
equal importance to its business.
The key to Colonial Parking's success is
the quality of our people. Every associate has
a thorough understanding of customer service.
We focus our training on the old standards of
courtesy, fairness and consideration.
Working with a variety of clients, such as
hospitals, government, hotels, retail stores
